Hi, I’m Julie. I’m an executive product and operating model leader with 20+ years of experience leading 0→1 digital products, platform transformations, and multi-million-dollar initiatives across consulting, startups, and SaaS organizations.

I’ve owned the full lifecycle — from discovery through adoption — for digital products now used by millions. My accountability was never just delivery, but whether execution held up once real teams, customers, and constraints were involved.

That’s where my work today comes from.

What I Do

Through OpsElevate Studio, I help executives and product leaders diagnose and design the operating models their organizations actually run on — not the ones assumed by Agile rituals, org charts, or tooling.

Most execution failures aren’t talent or effort problems. They’re structural — caused by operating models that were inherited, patched, or never intentionally designed.
